Juvenile Proceedings

The Court hears all juvenile matters. Individuals entering the courthouse may be screened and required to follow current safety protocols, including wearing face coverings if applicable.

Hearings are also available via Zoom. Instructions for attending remotely will be provided upon contacting the Juvenile Court office.

Juvenile Court Probation

Clinton County Juvenile Court is committed to the implementation of a restorative justice model when working with youth involved in the juvenile justice system. This approach balances community safety, offender accountability, and competency development while supporting the agency’s vision and mission.

Greenhaven Youth Home

Greenhaven Youth Home includes two components: a non-secure residential setting and a short-term secure detention program.

Greenhaven provides a safe, secure, and healthy environment while promoting growth and positive change for adjudicated youth in the community. Youth placed at Greenhaven develop self-care skills, learn positive coping strategies, and work to improve educational outcomes.

Through support, structure, and second chances, the program strives to empower youth to succeed.
