What is the CodeRED® Emergency Communication Network?
CodeRED® is a high-speed mass notification system used to alert the citizens of Clinton County in the event of an impending or actual emergency in Clinton County. CodeRED® is one of three systems used in Clinton County to alert the citizens, the other two being the outdoor warning sirens and the Emergency Alert System.
