At the time of appointment, a conservator will receive from the court a notice of duties. The notice of duties details the annual reporting requirements of the conservator based on the Order Regarding Appointment of Conservator of Adult or Minor signed by the Probate Judge. Please review the notice of duties or contact Probate Court if you are unsure which documents are needed for reporting. Reports are due annually on the date specified in the notice of duties and on the Letter of Conservatorship.
There is a $20 filing fee for the annual account.
