Fines, costs, and other financial obligations imposed by the court must be paid at the time of assessment, except when the court allows otherwise, for good cause shown.
For those defendants/respondents who have been sentenced and are requesting a payment plan, an Affidavit of Financial Statement must be completely filled out and personally brought to the District Court office before 4 pm (3rd Floor of courthouse) along with an initial minimum payment of $50 for civil infractions or 10% of the amount due for criminal cases for a payment plan to be considered.
