Clean Community Events

Clean Community Events assist residents to recycle or properly dispose of hard to recycle household generated waste item. Items accepted (PDF) include household hazardous waste, farm and landscaping chemicals, motor oil and antifreeze, and electronic waste (computers, televisions, radios, etc.).

The Spring Collection Event is tentatively scheduled for Saturday, April 24, 2021.  The location will be determined based on COVID-19 guidelines.  An appointment will be required to attend and registration will begin the week of March 22, 2021 if the event is not canceled. 

Free for Fall

events focus on accepting household hazardous waste, farm and landscaping chemicals, motor oil and antifreeze and electronics (computers, televisions, radios, etc.).

This year's event is tentatively scheduled for Saturday, October 16, 2021.  No further details are available at this time.  Please check back as the date gets closer.


There are fees for some items which are listed on our Fee Schedule (PDF), but most materials are collected for free. The events are also open to small businesses, however additional fees do apply for hazardous and electronic waste items. Disposal fees are waived for volunteers!
