ABOUT
THE CLINTON COUNTY PLAT BOARD
MEMBERSHIP
The Plat Board is a statutory
board established under the Subidivision Control Act of 1967.
Members of the Clinton County Plat Board consist of the Register
of Deeds, who serves as the Chairperson, the County Clerk, who serves
as the Secretary and the County Treasurer.

PURPOSE
The purpose of the Plat
Board is to review Preliminary Plat drawings, review and approve
Final Plat drawings utilizing the Final Plat Checklist for Plats
as provided by the State of Michigan and review Affidavits of Corrections
to plats.
MEETINGS
Meetings of the Clinton County Plat Board are generally
held on the second Wednesday of each month at 8:30 a.m., unless
the meeting falls on a holiday, the meeting will then occur on the
first business day following the holiday. Meetings are held
in the Clinton County Clerks Office, Courthouse, 100 E. State St.,
Suite 2600, St. Johns.
