WHEREAS, State Equalization is adopted through a Proceeding composed of a Preliminary and Final Meeting on the second and fourth Mondays in May, May 14 and (Monday, May 28, 2001 being a holiday) and Tuesday, May 29, 2001; and

WHEREAS, Clinton County Board of Commissioners would like representatives to be authorized to address the State Tax Commission at the Proceedings, if necessary;

THEREFORE, we hereby appoint Barbara J. Moss, CMAE 3, Certificate number 5511, Clinton County Equalization Director; and Sara Clark Pierson, Clinton County Commissioner to be our representatives at said Proceedings.
