RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CHAIRPERSON TO SIGN AGREEMENT 2002-0095

WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners have reviewed the Michigan Department of Transportation Board of County Commissioners of Clinton County Public Transportation Projects (Agreement No. 2002-0095), and

WHEREAS, the County believes the agreement will facilitate the orderly administration of Transportation Funds

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Commissioners Chairperson shall be authorized to sign Agreement No. 2002 – 0095 with the Michigan Department of Transportation and Project Authorizations on behalf of the entire Board.
