In October 2004, the County and the City of St. Johns intiated a Buy Sell Agreement for the purchase of 26 acres of land from the City, known as the Fell property located south of city park and adjacent to the fairgrounds. The City will have an easement across the 26 acres purchased by the County to access the City Park area. The intended use is for recreational purposes and expansion of the current Fairgrounds.
