The Clinton County Department of Public
Works (DPW) shall, upon request, assist all governmental units
in Clinton County to secure the best possible means of acquiring,
constructing and financing any public works project as provided
under the provisions of Act
185, Public Acts of 1957, as amended, thereby using the credit
rating of the County and the full faith and credit pledge of the
County.
