Project Fresh
Project Fresh is an educational program offered in partnership with the mid-Michigan District Health Department and the Michigan Department of Agriculture. Eligible participants receive coupons to purchase locally grown fresh fruits and vegetables at participating Farmers' Markets. The program is free of charge. Children over the age of one who are eligible for WIC, Pregnant woman, and mother who are breast feeding are eligible for project fresh.

Staff are able to answer questions regarding:
- What to do when your refrigerator stops working
- Safe preservation of produce
- General food Safety questions

Nutrition, Health & Fitness
Provides fun and exciting youth fitness programs at a variety of locations including schools and preschools to encourage children to make healthy choices regarding daily physical activity.

F.N.P.
The Family Nutrition Program (FNP) is designed to help families:
- Stretch their food dollars
- Improve shopping skills
- Make nutritious, low cost meals
- Promote better health
Programs are offered in homes or small groups and there is no charge to eligible families. This program is available to families who are eligible for or are receiving food stamps.
