The Mid-Michigan District Health Department (MMDHD) is composed of Clinton, Gratiot and Montcalm Counties and provides prevention and direct delivery programs in Health Education, Environmental Health, Community Health and Personal Health. The goal of the MMDHD is the prevention of premature death, disability, illness and injury. The agency provides preventive health services for all individuals, families, the workplace community and is responsible for the provision of direct health care services for particularly vulnerable/high risk population groups.
