The Clinton County Sheriff's Office has been involved with the Neighborhood Watch Program since 1993. A Neighborhood Watch is designed to keep people involved in their neighborhoods, thus becoming the "eyes and ears" of the community. The hope is that by being involved and aware of your neighborhood, you will know when something is wrong.

 Suspect:  w/m  20- 40 years, 5’5” – 5’7”, stocky build, blond or strawberry blond mustache and beard, scruffy.

 Wearing a “puffy” red pull over with SF in circle on back with 49’ers on front, hood up and ball cap, and sunglasses.

Possible vehicle mid-size 4dr, dark in color.
