Veterans and their family members will now have additional access to help with veterans benefits through the partnership of the State of Michigan Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) and the Clinton County Building Stronger Communities Council. Beginning January 4th, 2012, Michael Thompson, Assistant State Field Service Officer, with the VFW will be spending two days per month housed at the Bath Township offices.
The Clinton County Board of Commissioners has partnered with the Greater Lansing Housing Coalition to provide a program that provides free counseling to individuals to hold on to their home and protect their financial standing.
