New Case Filing Fee	$150.00*
Jury Demand Fee	85.00
Motion Fee	20.00
FOC Fee - Support	40.00**
FOC Fee - Change of Custody/Parenting	80.00**
Writs - Issuance Thereof	15.00
Subpoena - Issuance by Court	15.00
Appeals from District Court to Circuit Court	150.00
Appeals from Circuit Court to Court of Appeals	25.00
* FOC fees are collected when Judgment is filed, when applicable Plus Motion Fee, if applicable**

Copy Fees

Regular copies are $1.00 per page for the first 10 pages and $0.50 for each additional page.
Certified copies are $1.00 per page plus $10.00 to certify.

The following fees have been adopted by the Clinton County Board of Commissioners:

OUTGOING FAXES	$3.00 plus the normal copy fee of the document requested up to 20 pages
INCOMING FAXES	$1.00/page

Documents may be transmitted electronically upon request, however, FEES MUST BE RECEIVED BEFORE THE ELECTRONIC DATA WILL BE TRANSMITTED.
