Once we receive your information, we will give you an appointment time confirmation by email or phone. You will also receive final confirmation (with instructions and a location map) from us in the mail about one week before the event.

The events are held from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. with appointments available every 15 minutes. Please indicate your preferences for dropping off your material:
Are you a volunteer for this Collection Event?
Fees are waived for residents who volunteer to work at the event for three hours. If you would be interested in volunteering, please complete the on-line Volunteer Registration information.
ITEMS FOR DISPOSAL / RECYCLING
Hazardous Waste
Residents are able to drop off items free of charge. Small businesses are assessed a fee based on the type of material and must complete required paperwork. Call (989) 224-5187 or email conserve@clinton-county.org for more information.
List items (ie: a bottle, box, gallon of pesticide, herbicide, oil-based paint, etc.)
Electronic Waste
Residents may bring in 2 items free of charge and there is a $5 charge per each item thereafter. A complete computer system (computer, monitor, printer, keyboard) is considered two items. Bulky Waste
Fees are as follows:
Please indicate the types of items you have for disposal. In addition, indicate if you will have about a half truck load (3 cubic yards), a full truck load, level to the top of the bed (6 cubic yards) or a heaping truckload or trailer full of materials (9 cubic yards).
Appliances with Freon
Fees are assessed at $10 to remove refrigerants prior to recycling as required by law. The fee is charged for all applicable appliances (refrigerator, freezer, dehumidfier, etc.)

To determine the tire size, measure the height of the space inside the tire or rim.
Please indicate the number of tires below. It is very important that a correct count is provided to ensure appropriate trailers are ordered for transportation to a tire recycler.
Scrap Metal
This is a free service for both residents and businesses. It includes non-freon containing appliances. (ie: washers, dryers, etc.)
