ZC-01-12 VR - Application for a Variance Request
A request for variance approval has been submitted by Lyle Simon  Pettiioner is requesting a variance to Section 432 - Schedule of Area, Height and Placement Regulations; specifically to the required front yard setback (an 8' variance) or property located at 1026 Essex Center Road (Parcel ID#19-020-010-300-020-00), Section 10, Bengal Township.ZCZCZC

ZC-02-12 IN - Request for an Interpretation
The Community Development Department has been reviewing the standards and requirements as outlined in Article 5, General Provisions; specifically Section 524, Livestock and Farm Animals Outside of a Farming Operation-A. Intent and B. Definitions, to determined if pot-bellied pigs are considered to be Class I Animals-domesticated animals and not Class II Animals- normally part of livestock on a farm, Class III Animals - rabbits, Class IV Animals - wild or exotic animals or Class V Animals - dangerous animals.
